MILI Cosmetics website milicosmetics.com (the website) and related pages are included in these terms & conditions and will apply when you as a customer (the customer) use, get access or place an order on the website or related pages.. When using our sites you accept and agree to the terms & conditions and any other conditions and policies you find throughout our website or in connection with our content, features, promotions, customer services that are all included in or a part of these conditions. This terms & conditions agreement is concluded between you and MILI Cosmetics/ Dreamia AB, company reg. no. 559374-3973. Our, ours and we that are written in this terms & condition and privacy policy are referring to MILI Cosmetics/ Dreamia AB.
All prices on milicosmetics.com include applicable VAT costs, currently 25%. You must be minimum 18 years old to place on order/ make any purchase at milicosmetics.com. If you are under the age of 18 a parental consent is required. When placing an order on milicosmetics.com you verify that all information you submit to complete the order are correct and you approve our terms & conditions. The website (milicosmetics.com) and its content including logos and other trademarks is the property of Dreamia AB, Sweden and is protected by intellectual property and marketing legislations. Images, design or information can not be used by a third party without consent by the owner. 
The products and any samples obtained through our website are for personal use only. Products obtained from our website is not intended for re-sell unless a written agreement with MILI Cosmetics has been reached. 
May occur at anytime without any notice and the campaign will only be valid during the announced period of time. Any offer/ campaign announced can not be combined with other offers/campaigns unless otherwise stated along with the offer/campaign details.
Please not that once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled or modified because it is instantly being processed. Contact us immediately if and we will do our outmost to assist you with your order.
Change of terms
We may change or update or terms and conditions at anytime without notice. Any changes will be posted online in our website. When visiting our website and/ or placing an order on our website you approve our terms and conditions.
The customer are required to inspect the package upon arrival and if any damages are notified it must immediately be reported to the shipping company. You also need to report this to MILI Cosmetics. Customers are entitled to claim material or manufacturing defects within a reasonable period of time, however no longer than two months after placing the order. Contact us as soon as you find the defect. We may require you to submit additional information regarding the defect products and you may need to return the product you claim to us.
Damaged goods
If your package is damaged/ broken on arrival please contact the delivery company and us to make a report. Please note you have to keep the damaged goods until the case is being resolved. Please contact us and inform about your report.
Notice of defects needs to be submitted to us within a reasonable period of time after the defect has been discovered but preferably no later then two moths from the time of placing the order. You need to keep the defect product since you may be requested to return it to us or provide further information such as images or details from the product packaging labels. Product may be out of stock or discontinued, in such cases we will contact before we start processing the claim. In no circumstances under this condition will our liability to the customer exceed the invoiced value of the goods.
Our usual delivery times are expected to be 3-9 working days depending on the selected shipping method. Order placed on weekends will be sent the next working day. Please contact our customer service if you experience any delays in our delivering times. VAT are included for orders within the EU but for orders outside of the EU custom or local taxes are not included and may be collected upon arrival of your order depending on the customs and tax legislations in your country.
If a dispute occur and our customer service are unable to reach a solution you are entitled to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any situation where we are unable to perform our duties due to circumstances beyond our control which would directly/ indirectly cause delay in production or delivery by lack to obtain new materials or other difficulties such as war, labour conflicts, fire, power shortages, obstacles or interruptions of transportation at air, sea or on land or any lack of equipment or facilities that are necessary to fullfill the obligation of our agreement. An ongoing order may be on hold for the longest of two months during such circumstances.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for any indirect damages that our products may cause. We are not liable for any delays or errors that occurs beyond our control (see Force Majeure). We are not liable for any changes to products due to circumstances beyond our control.
We accept credit and debit cards and Klarna (in certain countries) as payment methods when making a payment in our webshop.
Prices on our website are valid only on website. No prices include VAT or custom taxes on orders outside of the European Union. Shipping costs are shown separately. The different payment options are listed on the website. Prices are show in SEK (Swedish kronor) and may be offered to be calculated into some other currencies if service is available. 
We have no liability in case products are sold out, errors on website such as images, typographical, descriptions, technical specification, image colors, inaccurate prices or whether products are in stock or not.
In accordance with the act on distance contracts by the Swedish consumer agency on e-commerce customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days after the consumer or its representative receive he products/ products. Please not, if the order has been made by a company or any legal entity the right to 14 days withdrawal do not apply. Products must be returned unused and in its original packaging and in the case where there are, the product seal has to be untouched. Contact our customer service before returning the packaging to us and wait for reply and approval. Please note that the right to withdrawal only apply to non-cosmetic/ non-hygienic products. You, the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs or any additional costs in connection with the return/ exchange. The package has to be returned using registered shipment. Include your order number in the package. Contact our customer service before returning any item and wait for our confirmation and other details.
Privacy Policy
MILI Cosmetics only collect your personal data when you place an order or sign-up for our newsletters in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance with the Swedish law you have the right to know the information MILI Cosmetics have stored about you. If the information is incomplete or irrelevant you may ask to have your information edited and/or removed. Please read more in our Privacy Policy section.
Shipping of products occurs on business days, Monday-Friday. If any package are delivered to a collecting point the customer has to collect the package within the time specified by the shipping company. If a delivery is delayed more than 30 working days the customer have the choice to cancel the order. We are currently shipping to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Lithuania. We offer free shipping on orders from 350 sek or more (Sweden) and 500 sek or more (Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Lithuania). More countries will be added shortly. 
Uncollected packages
You are responsible for providing the correct and accurate delivery information for your order. If a package is uncalled for and returned to MILI Cosmetics you will be responsible for paying a new shipping cost. You will also be charged an additional fee of 15 EUR to cover administrative costs for the re-shipping of the package.
